We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase.

Please read our policy regarding physical products (CDs) and digital downloads (sheet music) below.
 

Physical Goods (CDs)
 

All our CDs are shipped brand new, factory sealed (shrink-wrapped), in a 4-panel Digipak format.

We accept CD returns within 30 days of the purchase date. To be eligible for a return and full refund:

• The CD must be returned in its original, new, and unused condition, with the factory shrink-wrap/seal completely intact.

• The item must be returned with the original receipt or proof of purchase.

Note: Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, unless the item arrived defective or damaged in transit
.

Exceptions & Digital Products
 

• Digital Downloads (PDF Sheet Music): Due to the non-returnable nature of digital files, all sales of downloadable sheet music are final and non-refundable once the file has been downloaded.

• Opened CDs: We cannot accept returns for CDs that have been unsealed, opened, used, or damaged after delivery.

Refund Process: Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will process your refund within 7–10 business days. The refund will be credited automatically to your original method of payment (credit card or PayPal).
