1998/2008 Alternative pop, minimal and sophisticated, refined and unpredictable, with signature arrangements: Oz, formed in Bologna in 1998, with their almost always minimalist lyrics, assert the possibility of redeeming weaknesses—of the body, spirit, and speech—in order to seek a more stable and harmonious balance. After the demo tape 'Ozzigeno' in 2000, in 2004 they released the CD bearing the band's name, 'Oz'. In 2006, they were among the eight winners of the 2006 Musicultura Festival. You can listen to some tracks in mp3 format in the dedicated section. The music and lyrics are by Maurizio Minardi and Alessandra Ferrari, the arrangements and production are by Maurizio Minardi, and the rhythm is entrusted to Domenico Loparco on bass and Roberto Rossi on drums. Marta Costantini wrote some songs from the first album 'Ozzigeno'.
