J'ai toujours nourri une grande passion pour les synthétiseurs et la possibilité de les intégrer avec des sons acoustiques. 'After The Rain' représente une étape fondamentale d'un voyage musical commencé il y a plus de vingt ans, avec la publication de trois albums en Italie (avec le groupe Oz) et un en Angleterre (Works). Au centre de tous les morceaux de 'After The Rain', il y a le piano droit, que j'ai préféré au piano à queue pour sa capacité à transmettre de l'intimité. Composés au cours des quatre dernières années, les morceaux sont inspirés d'exercices que j'avais conçus pour maîtriser des motifs minimalistes au piano, à enrichir ensuite avec l'utilisation des synthétiseurs.
I have always harbored a deep passion for synthesizers and the possibility of integrating them with acoustic sounds. 'After The Rain' represents a pivotal milestone in a musical journey that began over twenty years ago, with the release of three albums in Italy (with the group Oz) and one in England (Works). At the heart of all the tracks in 'After The Rain' is the upright piano, which I prefer over the grand piano for its ability to convey intimacy. Composed over the past four years, the pieces are inspired by exercises I devised to master minimalist patterns on the piano, with the intention of later enriching them using synthesizers
Ho sempre nutrito una grande passione per i sintetizzatori e per la possibilità di integrarli con i suoni acustici. 'After The Rain' rappresenta una tappa fondamentale di un viaggio musicale iniziato oltre vent’anni fa, con la pubblicazione di tre album in Italia (con il gruppo Oz) e uno in Inghilterra (Works). Al centro di tutti i brani di 'After The Rain' c’è il pianoforte verticale, che ho preferito al pianoforte a coda per la sua capacità di trasmettere intimità . Composti negli ultimi quattro anni, i brani sono ispirati da esercizi che avevo ideato per padroneggiare disegni minimalisti al pianoforte, da arricchire successivamente con l’uso dei sintetizzatori.
